At Rangreet Men we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can return items if they are defective or were sent incorrectly. Please give us a written reason for the return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.
Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same item, email us at contact@rangreetmen.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost is deducted from it. Delivery time for an exchanged product depends on where you live. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item.
Order cancellation and liability
Rangreet Men reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances that require it, and is not liable for shipment delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
